HOW DO EYELASH EXTENSIONS WORK?
Care is taken to delicately attach one eyelash extension to one natural lash at a time. Application of eyelash extensions is a relaxing experience; your eyes are closed during the procedure and you will feel no pain or discomfort. The lash extension is placed 1mm away from the skin, there is no skin contact meaning there is very little chance of irritation

WHEN DO I NEED A REFILL?
Refills are required every 2-3 weeks to maintain a full look; your refill should be scheduled before you notice gaps.
I do recommend pre booking all appointments especially refills 1-2 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment
I HAD EYELASH EXTENSIONS DONE A FEW DAYS AGO AND A FEW LASHES HAVE ALREADY FALLEN OUT, IS THIS NORMAL?
Yes it is normal for a few eyelashes extension to fall out due to the natural cycle of your eyelashes.
You may be thinking what is the natural lash cycle? Eyelashes go through a natural growth cycle and replace themselves during a period of between 90 to 120 days. These hairs go through a 3 stage growth cycle and eventually will fall out so a new one can grow.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY EYELASH EXTENSIONS?
Do NOT get your Eyelash Extensions wet for 12-24 hours after application
Do NOT wear Waterproof Mascara
Cleanse and Brush your Lashes daily
Avoid heat eg. Saunas & extreme heat eg. dishwasher steam, oven etc
Avoid oil based eye products
Be careful not to pull on the Extensions
I'VE HAD A BAD SET OF EYELASH EXTENSIONS ELSE WHERE WHAT DO I DO?
Unfortunately there is a number of unqualified and Inexperienced people who do Eyelash Extensions. Do not pull or rub your extensions yourself. Book in with Deluxe Lash Studio to have them removed safely and a new set applied (depending on your Lash health)
